Job Description
Responsibilities/Activities-Operations:
-
Aligning and organizing the Leadership team around corporate requests & initiatives, which include developing project plans in partnership with the relevant leaders, monitoring progress, and ongoing communications around results.

Supporting the Leadership team in drafting and delivering Employee communications, which includes Monthly Global Town Halls, Regional Office Town Halls, Internal Announcements, Various Internal events.
-
Organizing and leading the bi-weekly Leadership team calls, and bi-monthly Leadership team virtual off-sites through the building and management of the agenda, to organizing and managing follow up or updates.

Organizing budget preparation activities in partnership with the CFO and Business Leadership.

Organize and orchestrate response to Executive escalations on behalf of Division President.

Act as “Transformational” Representative in providing Executive oversight relating to the on-going organizational adjustments over the course of 2023. Work with the leadership team, and various matrix organizations, to build, manage, and monitor progress.

Oversight around various SLA or KPI Business Reporting requirements, which includes Headcount/Recruiting status updates.

Providing general support when required around Third-Party vendor relationships.

General Compliance and RISC oversight in partnership with Chief Risk Officers.

Managing ad-hoc requests and approvals escalated to office of Division President.
Special Projects:

Engage across the organization to provide “ad-hoc” project or leadership in areas which include packaging of new offerings (products or services), partnerships, or potential acquisitions.

Engage across the organization to provide “ad-hoc” project or leadership in areas which include partnerships or potential acquisitions.

Work with the People Office to ensure successful roll out of custom management and leadership training programs with the support of the Executive team.

Support various employee focused on employee engagement.

Engage across the leadership team in identifying opportunities to participate in various initiatives as an opportunity to support success, learn from new opportunities, and gain exposure to various operating groups.
