About the role:
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll be working across multiple areas of the business delivering large-scale software development projects aligned to key investments in support of critical business operations, in a manner that meets or exceeds the company’s objectives by performing the following duties:
What you will be doing?
Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and identifying opportunities.
Managing multiple large-scale projects, defining project schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries, and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
Delivering Agile projects that offer outstanding business value to the users.
Supporting the product owner in managing communications with stakeholders, managing expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system.
Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
Cross-functional collaboration with Development, Product, Business, and Strategy leaders to keep stakeholders aligned on goals and outcomes.
- Tracking and reporting to financial targets.
What you will need:
7-10 years of IT project management experience, managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
A strong familiarity with various Agile and Scrum elements, including Agile planning and Agile project management with Scrum.
Have experience in managing both software development and cloud infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate parties working collaboratively and efficiently.
The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
