About the role
As a Supply Chain Management Director, you will define the category strategy, create the multi-year roadmap, and lead a team of Senior Strategic Sourcing Managers. You will focus on creating an exceptional customer-focused experience to our internal and external clients as well as 3rd party suppliers.
About the team
The Enterprise Services team is responsible for the full life cycle process of engaging third parties to support HR, Marketing, Facilities Management, Logistics, etc. on behalf of FIS. Our program is truly global with resources in North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC, and Africa. We are a highly motivated, service-centric team seeking to transform the way we engage our supply base.
What you will be doing
In this role you will report to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Services and Third-Party Labor helping to define the category strategy, create the multi-year roadmap, and lead a team of Senior Strategic Sourcing Managers. You will focus on creating an exceptional customer-focused experience to our internal and external clients as well as 3rd party suppliers
Develop and implement a customer-centric approach to support the identification, curation, and management of our extended workforce
Lead transformation programs to mature the category management of HR, Marketing, Facilities Management, and Logistics
Inform process improvements and technology enhancements with the Supply Chain product suite, ensuring optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results
Serves as primary POC to our program’s key Third Party partners, including leading contractual negotiations, managing the relationships, and partnering on our mutual strategic initiatives
Partner with business leaders to achieve optimal usage of our Third Party providers
Delegate and assign work to the team optimizing for team workload, efficiencies, and subject matter expertise
Mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships
Acts as point of escalation for the team
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred; business, economics, finance, supply chain, or related studies preferred
Strong program management skills and experience leading leading teams
Experience with Procurement systems (S2P systems)
Strategic, customer-centric mindset
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Experience in the contract staffing industry
Knowledge of end-to-end procurement and non-employee hiring processes
Added bonus if you have
Change Management and Communications experience
Familiarity with financial systems and regulations (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley)
Direct experience supporting HR, Marketing, Facilities Management, and/or Logistics
