Job Description

Required Skills:
Technical Team Management
Ability to positively represent Wealth and Retirement business in client presentations, leadership meetings
Proven self-starter with 10+ years of experience managing software implementation projects, technical architecture teams and technology delivery across multiple platforms
Technical domain expertise in the financial services sector, ideally with a strong understanding of the retirement industries. Technical expertise with FIS retirement (Omni Suite) is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with client-server applications, web-based applications, databases and networking
Ability to Lead effectively and motivate others to achieve established goals
Excellent problem resolution, judgment, team building and decision-making skills required
Preferred Education, Work Experience and Skills:
FIS Retirement Suite Technical Expertise is strongly preferred
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree. Masters of Business Administration a plus
Should have 5+ work experience in client relationship management/consulting
5+ years working in Operations, implementation, and project delivery
3-5 years project management experience implementing financial services applications/software products
Background in the Financial Industry
Other Considerations:
Travel is required as necessary for the successful completion of duties. Estimated travel is 20%, but at times may requires travel several weeks in a row.
